fit life part 1.
this was an idea of mine and clarky's, i think it may be a series, the idea is only really understandable if you're into bmx and keep track of the bmx media etc, but i'm sure its explainable anyway; fit are a bike company and they produce a series of adverts all with pictures of their team riders, not necessarily riding their bikes in the pictures, more like "lifestyle" shots, so anyway we came up with a few ideas of our own "fit lifestyle" images, along with the appropriate font etc.

arctic circle
this series of pictures are from a liverpool hammer droppage session, as the evidence shows:

Article no.1: wallride to gap into road performed by laurence taylor, shortly after 10p dates and flapjacks shop session.

Article no.2: opposite feeble to opposite hardway 180 out.

Article no.3: gap to wallride over bollard, in sub-zero conditions.

graveyard shift
i think gaz will have to inspect this photo properly to make sure the knees are in the correct position, i tried but couldn't quite tell: gaz inverts a lovely bolton miniramp on a rainy wednesday evening.

just to be sure on the knee issue i've posted another angle of said invert where everyone can be sure the knees are in the correct position, and the height is just astonishing!

the writing is on the wall:

laurence makes another appearance spinning his handles:

nothing but a heartache
inspired by these photos on chromasia i decided to have a go at my own, not as good as chromasia but i thought why not post em anyway? i've been ill today with a tummy bug, perhaps the title should be "nothing but a tummyache" instead.

we'll make it safe
here's a few from manchester last night, sorry they arent lit too well, the situation was a little sketchy to begin with (proved moments after the camera was in the bag, a large group of menacing baddies arrived so we made a hasty retreat) without getting flashguns and generators out, so theyre all a little dark. its all st. annes square by the way if you want the location.

ultra dolphins!
...and wow, owls! played yesterday, and with such exciting names then they had a lot to live up to musically, luckily they weren't a dissappointement...

psychadelic 5-headed photo for a suitably psychadelic 3-piece from virginia (i think)

the reason all these photos look like i fired the flash gun 5 times is because most of the time i did, my flash wasnt working with the camera properly so i set up a 2 second exposure and just fired the flash as and when really. although i have used this technique before many months ago (at a doctrine gig), this time round produced much better results.

this guy wore moon boots, not getting any less psychadelic.

"he's got a drum in his guitar" - sean malone on internet recieval of the photographs just hours after ths show took place.

an anagram for ultra dolphins is tural plodshin.

euro squad resort to skateparks, proper.
this post was originally destined for gain but due to certain technical difficulties it didnt work.
so you get to see it here first.

sean 'pushes it real good' whilst high above the dusty floor of stockport stunt centre. notice the claw like hands in proper barspin position and the stony determination of a man who's on his 6th barspin fakie attempt just because tommy didnt get the first properly on tape.

i'm certainly (turn)down with the sickness, are you? roots manuva fan andrew clarke straightens the correct limbs to execute the perfect turndown, and this isnt even his niche!

this is in response to the comment on the last post, whereas i exhibit the correct mountain equipment, sean thinks he can get away with trainers and jeans...JEANS! (theres an open invitation now for sean to comment on how i got a big bad blister on my heel whilst he was fine, even without the correct footwear).
