big apple

finally i have got round to updating this website, i've been neglecting it a lot recently. starting to get the hang of adobe premiere and hopefully we'll see a video or two up here in the next week, which'll be a nice change. its been all go since getting back from new york hence not getting round to updating recently, uni is certainly a lot busier than first term.

went to manchester at the weekend for a spot of riding socialising and relaxing, although the riding didnt materialise due to a sprained ankle on the first night, but the weekend was entertaining nonetheless with tommy becoming world bunnyhop champion winning not one but two bunnyhopping contests in two days.

looks like the chaps had a good club 19-34 holiday in lanzarote/tenerife/ibiza/falarake/gran canaria and much boozing bmxing and general fun was had. whilst they were flaking in the heat i on the other hand was in -12 conditions a few thousand miles away in new york for the week. it was a mint trip and shot a lot of photos and super 8 film too (which might make an appearance on here), haven't been through the pictures properly yet but here's a couple i picked from a quick wizz through to get an update on here.

tout doucement

this post is coming from the north as i've come up to manc for the night. New York on monday, i have no doubt it will be mint. These two pics i took today on a walk to lyme park, they were both taken using the lensbaby technique (but without the lensbaby). This is basically removing the lens and holding it roughly in front of the camera and wiggling it around until you find a good focal point. It basically tilts the focal plane to give flat subjects the illusion of having depth.
