Having just posted i thought "rock'n'roll i'll put up another" and go right ahead and put the scotland photos up from the past weekend trip with Frankie. so here they are.

on the last leg of a 9 hour train journey from manchester.

the Nevis forest.

I should have taken a polarizer... the snowy north face summit of Sgurr a' Mhaim (which is gaelic for 'Peak of the breast') at 1099m. the sun was so intense at this point we both became dizzy and started feeling sick, and there's me thinking "we won't need to take sunhats its march".

the tarn below devils ridge 'Lochan Coire nam Miseach' just above 'Alt Coire a' Mhusgain' which translates to; stream of the corrie of rotten trees.

Frankie having a rest on the descent from Sgurr a' Mhaim with the precipitous Devil's Ridge.

a man's best friend: Becky the dog at the summit, Ben Nevis is in the background to the right.
so with a long break from updating with no proper reason i thought i'd break the photographic drought and post up this picture from a design conference i went to in london 2 months ago.
what's been happening recently then? well i went to scotland at the weekend and apart from that i've been in manchester catching up and trying to get some riding and filming done. back in bristol in just over a week where i hear 2 new parks have been built, just in time for the summer weather. going back to scotland in two days for some more outdoor pursuits so my actual time in manchester this easter has been quite little indeed, i reckon a trip back up again soon shall be in order. anyway, i'm off. the student loan is through soon and i'm planning on getting a bag to accomodate for video and still cameras, so there shall be a fair bit more riding snaps come summer hopefully.
