yesterday was the most pro filming session we have ever had.



we rode b&q carpark and sean set up his car headlights to illuminate the railing to be sessioned and gareth proceeded to grind to over and in-between a gap it, filmed with his new pro camera.

the past week has been boring boring boring. my hand has been ill so i found little to do other than sit around and be lazy. here's 2 facts: we've been to nando's 3 times in a week, collectively me and sean spent 10hrs on computers in a night.

we went to see the incredibles which was fun, it was another nando's/film session. also yesterday me and tommy went to the museum of manchester and looked at lots af cool animals and skeletons. also a bat named after TomB. well i should go and get an x-ray sometime, looks like thats going to happen tommorow though now, got photography in a couple of hours.

first update for many a day now, not loads has happened since monday though...

Gain is now back on the original address, so rather than going to www.gain-online.blogspot.com it is now www.gain-online.com so that makes things simple, and also the blogspot address will not be updated any longer, so for all your gain needs go to the original address. today me clarky and sean went on a ferris wheel (look whats coming) which was lovely, great views of manchester all round and made me feel all christmasy like! expect better photos on gain.... but not so great was bashing my hands reeally hard on concrete, and the fact it was zero degrees didnt help the pain.

yesterday we went to see bridget jones:the edge of reason, and continuing with us lads going to see a chick flick theme, we shared ice-cream in nando's beforehand. the film was as expected really...

thursday we went to burnley where it was blizzard like, and ended up driving home at 20miles an hour due to the way icy road. thats a 40min journey turned into an hour and a half.

modest mouse was an early birthday present, lots of people popped up at the show i didnt expect to see, twas a lovely night and i think most enjoyed it. even though they didnt play trailer trash which would have finished things off. happy birthday lauren.

yes, the reality is... that i am rapidly running out of website worthy material and i need to take some photos and get a scanner, certain bodies also expressed to me the lack of riding photos appearing as of recent, and well actually, months now... all i can do for this is apologise, there is a wealth of slides from barcelona that i can and shall use soon on this site, anyway, the above photos is a testament to these facts and here is another gaz orientated photo. garth_huntingford.jpg

the perfect canon camera advert? anyway, en route to toulouse sally took this photo of me taking photos from the plane window. i watched princess mononoke today which was amazing, probably better than spirited away from what i thought. gaz, tommy, sean, mike, gillibrand and i went to interact last night which was cool and the day before me and gaz, then clarky, then tommy rode town and it was cold. i have another driving lesson at 6 so i'd better get off this.

ok, its wet, dark at 4 and cold. we all went to see "the grudge" on sunday, there was an army of us as well, 10! so yes the grudge was very good indeed and i think it scared us all a bit. on friday i, accompanied by the gaz and the coram visited sheffield, the mecca of street riding, where i proceeded to destroy not the streets, but my bike. but it was a good day. the weekend was uneventful, but i had photography yesterday which was ok. anyway, now that i have said lots of words and could have easily summed up the past 4 days in a bullet point or 2, i shall go. the photo is another from london '03.

today i got to ride a bmx track, get scared at an abandoned mill and film a stunt. i have a driving lesson in 25 minutes. "am i feeding the wheel am i feeding the wheel lynn!"
